What is Fine Coal?
Fine coal is run-of-mine coal extracted from underground and processed through screening machines to a particle size of 0-10 mm. In Turkey it is known as "toz kömür" (powder coal).
What Are the Properties of Fine Coal?
This industrial coal, typically sold in sizes of 0-10 mm, is burned in fluidized-bed boilers by factories and industrial facilities, 85% of it for steam production, yielding a high level of industrial heat. With a sulfur content of 0.80% and an ash content of 15%, it is one of our most preferred products among factories.
